Let's Not Give Up Hope
Remember this series. This is the turning point of the 2008 season. The Mets will either continue to founder or they will begin to show the talent they have. In some ways I look at this Braves series as a book end with the 4 game set played in Philadelphia last August. Maybe I'm just being hopeful but it's too early to give up on the season. The Mets have a lot of talent but right now they are in a horrendous slump. Maybe Randolph gets fired, maybe he doesn't. I have a feeling though that in a month's time things will be looking a lot better. Keep the faith, baseball is the longest season of all.
