It took 91 wins. Many writers thought it would take more considering that Philadelphia had a good team, the Nationals could be a lot better, and of course the Braves are the Braves. more »

The last time the Mets lost two in a row was against the Phillies in Philadelphia back in the middle of August. In fact during that away series, they lost three in a row. Prior to Sunday’s loss in Houston the Mets had gone 13 wins and 2 losses in their last 15 games. more »
